Starring: Gary Busey
A Los Angeles cop undertakes a dangerous mission against terrorists in Mexico.
Oh so cheesy, but Busey's character grew on me and this made me laugh out loud a couple of times. Some very suspect acting and a couple of bizarre scenes including Busey playing saxophone on a beach, but if you like shooting and explosions, this is for you. 7/10
